Where can i get a "unknown number blocker" or just a program for my phone to block numbers i dont want to cal me!!

its the motorola v3x razor:

and there are other phones like nokia's (N70) is there any program for these phones
 
I HATE those bloody private numbers. I just NEVER answer them. EVER. They can either leave a message, or phone me from a number that actually displays.

End of Story.
 
It annoys me...but sometimes important business calls come from private number because of premicell and PABX's.

I most certainly don't answer private number on weekends.
 
I only answer private numbers monday to friday 9 -5. any other time there is this nice little button with a red phone on it. :D
 
I agree, if you use your phone for business like I do, then not answering "private" numbers is not an option, but come 5.pm on a Friday, you better display your number our just leave a message.
 
You can seem edit a Motorola V3 to block all private numbers.PM me if you want me to give you a write up on how to do it.
 
I think that if telco's want to allow people to call frmo private numbers then we should be able to elect not to accept those calls. WHen u sign up you tell them no and when someone calls frmo a withheld number they get a message telling them that you do not accept calls frmo withheld numbers. I think thisshould be done becuase my wife used to have a stalker that used to call. Vodacom wont give you number but also wont allow you to block them. They also dont have a *69 function. If they did I woulda star *69'ed that guy until his ears bled....If I want to and I am dealing with people like that....I can sit there and devoet a WHOLE day to just calling over and over again....have done it before....

Personally tho' I pick up all calls from withheld numbers....if its a telemarketer I just tell them to F off....literally....or i tell them I also work for a telemarketing company.....this is cool...you do the whole "dude, i do exaclty what you do" thing so stop tryingto con me.....works quite well

Leave a message if it is important or show me who you are.

I don't have voicemail and I don't answer PVT numbers.
So you want to speak to me.... Show your number !
 
Now they using video calls and witheld numbers!:eek:
