Unlimited* data for R99 per month

So am I missing something or is this a AMAZING deal? :confused:

So its R99 per month. You get 1.15GB all networks data, Unlimited* Telkom Mobile data, 100 anytime minutes AND a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo.

Now I think the the unlimited is actually 10GB full speed then fair use at 128k after that.

So if you take the contract Today you will get ATLEAST 10GB data x 6 months because its valid until March 2015.

SO lets say you ONLY use the data that would mean R99 * 24 = R2376 for 10GB x 6months = 60GB with a price per gig of R39.60.

If you decide that is what you are paying the the phone and the minutes are absolutely free. If you factor the minutes and the cost of the phone then you get everything for EVEN more cheaper. Its a insane deal if you ask me. ;)

Interesting.... fact that its in bold probably rules out its an error as well, probably only valid for 6 out of the 24 months though...
 
Looks good. Might go for something like that. Don't need the phone though.

100 minutes + 1Gb data for R100 . No other network offering anything close

The 1Gb data is when you roam on MTN. You have unlimited data on the Telkom Mobile network until March 2015 so its a pretty good deal.
 
Good deal yes. I took the one with the Nokia 630 (will be selling it).

Telkom really has the best deals currently available in South Africa & I'm very happy to be a customer. :)

I wanted to play with WP8.1. + at the time I wasn't aware of this one (I asked in store what the cheapest package was and was told the one with the Xperia E1 for R10 less pm).
 
Here is a question. Since Telkom changed everything to Telkom from 8ta and Telkom Mobile would I be able to get the deal by just adding it to my Telkom account or do I need apply seperately with bank statements payslips and stuff like that?

Then I would be right in guessing you tried WP8.1 and hated it :)

From your experience (I assume it is not much given this deal is newish) have you had that unlimited 3G data?

Hopefully all their databases are already synced. Give it a try?

Yes. Its actually 1.15GB [1GB + 150mb] All networks data for the full 24 months. The unlimited data is just a perk I think they using to get more people joining because mobile data can be expensive.
