TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Service start date, expiration and cancellation
•
The countdown on your 30 day service
period begins once the Sim card has been
inserted and activated.
•
This product service will expire after
30 days once activated if the monthly
subscription payment has not been
received.
•
Customers can terminate the service by not
paying the monthly subscription as this is
not a contract.
•
No grace period will be given after the 30
day period. The Sim Card will be suspended
and you will need to pay an activation fee if
you wish to continue with the service.
Capability of Sim Card
•
Sim card is only a data sim, it cannot make
calls or receive calls.
•
Sim card can work on all devices that has
internet receivers and APN can be entered.
•
User is able to browse any website, besides
malicious sites and porn sites. Users can
access all social media sites, upload pictures,
viewing of videos.
•
Users can download all emails attachments
without limits.
•
Sim card speed depends on the area that the
user is in. If user is at an area with LTE speed,
they will receive LTE and if they at an area
with 3G they will get 3G. The same applies to
areas with 2G network.
Restrictions on Sim Card
•
Porn websites and malicious sites are
blocked by the network. If a customer
finds a site that’s blocked and it is not a
malicious, porn or streaming site we will
unblock it. User can send us an email to
[email protected]
, we will check the
site and have it unblocked.
•
Users are not able to download movies,
music, malicious content.
•
You Tube is blocked
 
I've sent a request for more info. Let's see what they say. Looks good. Maybe too good to be true.
 
That is what I'm thinking....don't want to submit personal details to a company I don't know....

Got an automated response that they are routing my query to the appropriate department

"Dear Valued Customer,

We have received your e-mail, and your question is in the process of being routed to the appropriate department. Our customer service representatives will make every effort to respond to your message within 24 hours. If you do not receive any reply, please email us directly: [email protected]"
 
Sounds like they got their own APN network. so internet speed will be slow depending on their internet breakout speed.
it's a long explanation to explain how they can make it so cheap. But I suspect they got an APN with either VODACOM or MTN with a separate Internet breakout at their office
 
They don't list any APN details on the site, but it could be their own.

Would be interesting to see because they do offer LTE also.
 
Their application form lists a bank account for Mazarin Trading cc.

I went there again and still don't see the T's and C's ... must be my age
