I was with Cybersmart for a while... a very *short* while... and they wouldnt hear my cry when I wanted to use a different line with MY account... MY username... MY password... no resentments there!

That's interesting, I'm pretty sure they mentioned that they link it to a single location by default, but will disable this security feature on request.

I was told that its part of the contract, and that I would need to pay extra if I wanted to be able to connect from another location..

...then I said F*** OFF and changed ISP's
