I use unotelly to watch uk based content (bbc, now tv, etc) i had to restart my modem and cannot now update the IP address. their website also seems to be down. Anyone else experiencing similar problems? who else do you suggest I use instead of unotelly?

When i go to my account i get this error - An error has just happened, and it was completely our fault.
Been like this since last week.
