Hi all
I was hoping that somebody can help me with my connection.
I currently have 1Mb line and have two accounts (Mweb 1Mb uncapped and Webafrica trial account 3Gb), My transfer rate is okay, ranging from 84kb/s to 105 kb/s.
My problem is my ping(latency), it jumps arounf from 45 to 650 and normally hovers around 500ms.
So far, Ive updated the firmware of my router, so its not my router, I tried out the webafrica account so I dont think its the ISP, however, this did all start after I migrated my line to mweb.
I've looged a fault report at telkom, Im just waiting to see what they say/do.
In the past, I used to be with telkom 4Mb and never had this problem, the one time I move away from telkom, this happens.
Please help.
