Upcoming Games

Am i the only one not really excited at all by No Man's Sky?

Looks like minecraft meets spore or something... It's interesting technology and looks very different, just as a game, playing it... think it is something that might bore me after the first hour or two.

Yeah, they're struggling to answer the question - "So wtf do you actually do?"

It looks beautiful and I love the space flight effects etc. but those things do not a game make. Having a quadrillion procedurally generated planets also doesn't mean much in and of itself.

Yeah I'm definitely getting a Peter Molyneux vibe from this one.

Only 1 week left...

Thanks to both of you.

So from Takealot it's about R100 more at R630. And it's R600 from Raru, although they will only get more stock after launch. And R620 from Loot.

Might be worth the extra cash to save myself the hassle of downloading the 28 GB (?) game.

Incidentally, I saw on Takealot they have a Fallout anthology with all the previous games and DLC for R500. Really nice if you don't have those games already. But the new collector's edition at R1700 is a bit crazy.

That download takes me about 2 hours :D
It's actually easier for me to buy games online now than to walk into a store.
Cheaper and not an issue to download with a 40Mb line.

I think I am too late to get the Collectors Edition of Legacy of the Void. Tried Raru as well.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Anyone pre order something from the BNet client?

R535 preorder from BT games.

Should have said places that aren't dodgy.

G2A at least has G2A Shield to protect you if things go pear-shaped.

Those 2 sites aren't dodgy.
I have used them multiple times without an issue.
Use paypal and you have buyer protection either way.
I never use G2A shield because of that.

And I said G2A was $52.

So it will only take me 20 hours :)

Since BT games closed here I am forced to buy online anyway, will decide between Takelot or just getting a key and download it.

Which 2? That site lists a lot.

Ugh, PayPal. So I have to add another service to buy the product.

And I clicked on G2A, clicked on the weekly sale banner, clicked on Fallout 4 and saw this:

I use Paypal for everything international.
