Obsidian has released a major update for The Outer Worlds (1). There were a few problems, but the most fascinating one is that they made Steam trading cards for the first edition of the game, which is no longer for sale 
All they can do now for those owning the game on Steam is also release the trading cards for the Spacer's Choice Edition.
I am surprised they went back to the game and fixed a few quests that I had problems with, including adding a good couple of QoL improvements. As far as I know, the second game didn't do too well, outside of Game Pass. Layering on an extra layer of paint on the first game is interesting. I am not complaining.
Everyone who only had the first edition of the game got a free upgrade to the Spacer's Choice Edition. Not without issue for the console players, allegedly due to licensing reasons...

Yeah, noticed. On a plus side I can install either option. I did buy the upgrade but sadly my Save file did not transfer across

The new GoW game looks insane. Hopefully the visuals still look this good when they release, but damn. The hair, lighting and animations really do look like I was expecting this generation of games to look.

Yea man, it looks insane. The first proper current gen game from SSM, sign me up! Word is it's releasing early 2027 as well.
The game director on this is a GoW OG, so it's in good hands

Quite a few good things from last nights state of play.
Wolverine still looks sick as hell and a kak-ton of things landing in September. Going to be a busy month.
Yup, definitely picking up Wolverine and then No Rest for the Wicked in Oct. Sadly too little time to play but this year is crazy stacked

This is weird. I just played the original Legends for the first time recently and it was amazing.
This remake doesn't look as good to me. Guess it's because of the 3D. Not sure why they've made a remake instead of a new 2D game.
