Commercial Links.

Sorry for replying at such a late stage. I happened on this thread while checking out WW's signature and postings in regards to Commercial Links within postings and signature.
I cannot possibly read every thread on this forum, although I do try.
If you would like to bring something to my attention then please send me either a PM or click on the Report Post triangle which will notify all moderators of any Signature Violations.
To the best of my knowledge and I have not been notified to the contrary, only one commercial link is allowed within the signature of any member on MyADSL and No commercial links are allowed within the body of postings.
Place one commercial link within the signature, which you may alter to point to different pages within the site. With this I am pretty sure the Mods would agree that the member may place an email below or next to the link.
Hope this answers the questions in this thread.

omac its just fair to remove all extra links as BTTB was nice enough to put that only one is allowed and thats in your SIG or they should start to decide how and who he/they want to MOD on this forum.
it was BTTB who started this selective modifying of links in messages...

The Moderators decided some time back that only one commercial link be allowed within the signature of MyADSL Members that are punting commercial sites. I think the reasons are obvious why we decided that this be the norm.
If there are members that have more than one link within their signature or have added links within their posting and they get away with it, then so be it. Lucky them.
It would be up to the rest of the members here to report such a practice.
If the Mods pick it up, we correct as we go along.
No favouritism takes place in this regards.
