The payment details provided, those are Telkom "reference/account" numbers, so the payments need to be made at a Telkom Direct store or Post Office. That's the info I got from the billing department.
 
I had to pay the same amount R700.00 allegedly it called a holding deposit to be refunded when your service with Telkom terminates. You will still have to pay installation costs though. It shows on your invoice that R700.00 is retained.
