Upgrading from 128

Hi

has anyone actually tried upgrading there stuff from 128 package to something higher, and if so , how painfull/easy was it


I want to upgrade from 128 to 256

I've spoken to them and got some meaningful silence on the other end of the line concerning this ;-)

Interesting thing though is that when one logs onto the Service Login Page - https://reg.mywireless.sentech.co.za/register/index.jsp (only availably from your My-Wireless modem) there is an option to purchase other accounts...

I see there's even one for Sentech CSR's ... maybe I should go answer calls at night ;-) ... wonder if they get 512K ? ...

One hopes that one day soon a larger package than 512K will be introduced and package prices shifted down to correspond. - I want 256K

Don't Do It !

Why waste money. The 512k connection is the
same as Mweb which you can get for R130pm.
Why pay Sintech R18000 a year.

Keep your 128 until Sentech fixes thier problems - currently, many 256k users are experiencing 128k speeds or lower.
