So I walked into a Telkom Store wanting to give them more money every month. I asked to upgrade my 30GB LTE which I had since January to 50GB LTE and Telkom wanted to charge me +R600 in penalties just for the upgrade. It's actually cheaper for me to cancel my current one and start a new one. I guess this is one of those reasons why Telkom is failing at keeping its customers

If you think Telkom is failing at keeping customers, try cancelling your contract. They simply don't acknowledge the form.

Cell C did the same back in the day, until one day I drove to their call centre and got the consultant to sign a copy, the manager and supervisor. Let them be hold accountable.

Thanks Telkom, PM sent!

What the hell!

3WA start a thread so I can reply and maybe Telkom will offer to help me also...

They can only help a certain number of people a day. Today's not your day.
