Thanks for the link - sent a request using the option on the site and will see if there is any reply.
The WISP option has been tried and is amusing & depressing.....
For reasonable options such as Neotel & Bitco the coverage is everywhere around us ... but we are not included .... for some stupid reason we are in a dead zone. (we are in Pretoria - 10min from city centre)
What was most prevalent is that most e-mail requests to all WISPs go unanswered....
seems that they don't bother replying when you ask for a similar internet service as what is supposed to be available using ADSL at a similar cost.
