WHY cant I just Accept Before I go with all the hasel

We aim to add the possibility for the user to chose this in future, subject to some business rules that must be finalised (e.g. only if the user has enabled notifications etc.).

They won't stipulate an amount - it's a big surprise. You can look at the Normal ---> PowerUser indicator, but people are capped in the middle of the graph, not at the end. More confusion all round.

Please be the more responsible large ISP in this and have the FUP carry as much transparency as possible unlike the other massive ISP

No, at present FUP enforcement starts when you are redirected to a page telling you so, at which point the bar is red.

I see nothing that can be considered as transparency from e.g. MWEB.

But yes, I have been advocating total transparency for a long time, and it seems decision-makers are starting to understand the need for it. However, it will take some time to satisfy other requirements they want before we provide all the details.

Let's wait for a competition commission complaint that TI is uncompetitive because it is truthful with consumers ...

What happen to the good old days whereby they didn't follow the principal to cut you off! I remember AllYouCanEat was successful with many people downloading as their heart desired without getting any noticed as such.
 
I am woth TI and cant browse without accepting the fup so cant get reconnected so i need to buy prepaid to surf the web.

If #1 can get away with so many deals... Then this should be easy for TI to get out of this... All they need is borrow the doctor of spin

A few months ago, I got to 250gigs before being throttled, last month I only got to 230gigs. I think anything after 200 is a problem.
 
Thanx bazz, I don't think I'll be in breach of any FUP soon. Never got close to that yet.

So, I accepted on your behalf on the backend this morning as soon as I got your PM.

I also escalated the issue of the 'accept' button not being shown when it should have been, and that was apparently fixed this by midday today.

I used to believe it was at a set rate, but it depends when you download. Your threshold decreases for heavy downloading during peak hours, than you do for 00:00 - 6:00am, so schedule any large downloads or torrents for then.
