To whom it may concern


I sent and email to '[email protected]' on the 15 June 2012 and attached my proof of your debit orders taken off the 25 April 2012 and only reflecting on my 8ta statement the 7 May 2012 and another debit order taken off the 31st May 2012 and still not reflecting your side.

Please treat this as an urgent matter as I have phoned in numerous times and all the responses I got was to phone back, I even went as far as to fax the same proof of debit orders that I emailed '[email protected]' with a copy of my ID and your latest statement (at the time) to 0880123113872 (apparently this is your billing departments fax number) on the 4th June and up till today no one has made an effort in contacting me to let me know what’s going on instead a statement was sent to me on the 8th June 2012 with a huge outstanding balance which I feel is very unfair, you are debiting from my account but it’s not reflecting on my statement.
My concern is for the next debit order date you guys are going to take off more than you are suppose to because the debit order (31st May 2012) that you took off is not reflecting by you but its showing on my bank statement that you took it off.

I am really disappointed in the service I am getting from you guys and the fact that no one can assist me is really not fair.

All I want is for my internet line to be unsuspended as you guys are taking off a lot of money for this past 2 months yet still you say you can’t pick it up.

Your debit orders were returned and you need to do a transfer to us, please PM me for the account details.

@mister for your info, the debit orders went through and i sent them the proof of debit orders going off and did not return in my account.
I did not leave any contact numbers as I did not want the whole world to see my contact numbers.
I am very upset cause the service I am getting is just not helping me.
How would anyone feel if people debit from your account and it does not even reflect on the 8ta statement they send you.
and yes I am looking for the 8ta rep, I need them to sort this matter out ASAP cause its frustrating!

Please can you forward the emails to us so we can sort this out for you? We will need the bank statements showing the debit orders going off as well a copy of your ID. Please also include your 8ta numbers and contact numbers. We will take this up with '[email protected]' as well.

I cant, I phoned my Bank already, the debit order has already gone through
