And yet by his example, where he has followed the advice of the science, he has not contracted the virus, neither has his wife or his campaign manager, nor several leading members of the Democratic Party.

Interesting how you would qualify that as useless, but will bend over backwards, run up a hill and defend it to the last blade of grass if someone said the same of Trump.

his leading by example has been beyond shameful.

his constant downplaying of the ramifications of this virus lulled many of his citizens into a false sense of complacency

I feel very much the same as this. The only reason that recovery is desired is simply for global stability.

But to quote the ever wise and never self-contradictory MyBroederbond faction: "If you play stupid games, then you get stupid prizes."

If any of these people die they only have themselves to blame. They would be prime 2020 Darwin award candidates.

The reason is that Biden was in his house for 99% of the time where the other people went all over the country.
So the useless comment stands. No one mentioned Trump in this argument. That was you.

Chris flipped from “laziest campaign ever” to “excellent political messaging”. I think after this week’s debacle nobody can point any fingers at Biden. In a reasonable world the GOP would resign en masse. It’s one of the most shameful episodes in American political history.

Still irrelevant. It's still one of the laziest campaigns ever and it sent a better message, but only about masks. Some family members caught it while always wearing a mask outside and only going shopping once a week. Just pray that Biden does not catch it in the same way.

Your feelings aren't relevant. Biden is not a strong leader and he never will be. He's just a plastic non-Trump. You might as well choose Pence then as he is like a younger version of Biden.

You get that there's science, and that some folk follow the science and some folk don't...

You're just utterly incapable of recognising the value of following the science when someone who isn't in your tribe is doing it.

That's the most ironic statement right there. I'm probably one of the most science driven on this forum.

You cant keep people locked up inside. You do get that they could have been infected in any place EVEN if they wore masks. On the bright side all those people that caught Covid can now continue with their lives as normal. If reinfection is more prevalent then it would mean a vaccine is not going to be useful. For reference I believe Sweden has the best approach.

Also I don't have a tribe, I'm different like that. Which is why the sheep on the left complaining about sheep on the right is so funny.

Yeah Biden strategy kept his wife safe, his campaign staff safe, Democratic party members safe and all their associated families.

Imagine valuing the safety of people and believing that is useless.

The party of personal responsibility and pro-life has taken no responsibility and put lives in danger.

Yet now he is going out? Is it now more safe or more expedient do to it? Don't fool yourself this was not to keep other people safe, but just to keep Biden safe. If he died their whole campaign collapses.

*Anyone* can get Covid... but... science says you can mitigate risk by wearing a mask, social distancing and washing your hands.

You can also lick door handles in public toilets.

Joe did the former, while Donnie did the 1% version of the latter.
