You see, being denied access to observe an election surely isn't a violation of equal protection, because both parties were denied access. Straight outta Harare... We all know that the best practice in an election is complete secrecy and trust of election officials, as no election official in the history of all elections has ever been politically biased.

This denial to observe. Does it just affect Trump's people? I assume the parties are allowed observers, though it would seem each state can make it up as they go. But, with the states in contention being GOP I would think the officials are party apparatchiks or at least party approved. So, it can only be that Trump isn't happy that his own people rather than his party's weren't allowed proper access.

His or the party, no matter, they were there.

They sued 'cos they had to keep a distance of 13 feet and wanted to be closer to the election workers.

They won the case and were allowed to stand six feet away.

For Trumpists, a side effect of massive amounts of Copium is that particular detail being memory holed.

The court pretty much accepts it as a fact that both parties were denied access to the polls, elsewise it wouldn't have stated there isn't an equal defence claim.

You equate one instance in the entire 4 year Trump presidency with a potential bombing campaign where women and children will be under constant threat. Yeah I expected no less. Sycophants gonna sick.

I'm not saying it is going to happen but Blinken loves war and playing the world's policeman and actually said that it is time America get's back to that position. So if Biden continues to surround himself with these kinds of people, then we could be in for a bumpy ride, well for Syria and co. anyway.
