Indeed. He purposefully made sure to include all those CC's in the email, knowing it would be leaked and there would have to be action taken, and knowing he would lose his job. His actions saved lives.

As opposed to current 'leadership' and conservatives, who don't mind losing lives as long as there's money involved.
Exactly.

Some people go through their lives wondering if they ever made an impact. 5000 guys and girls on that ship have profound respect and honour for him.

He put his crew above himself.

Trump has zero of reelection he does not get rid of this Kushner swamp donkey and reigns in the Feds monetary policy.

Will be watching to see what happens in the end with this fiasco.
Gallaghers crew all testified against him and called him a war criminal. Trump pardoned him.

What will Trump do for the guy who lost his command for the health and wellbeing of 5000 people and they all gave him a standing ovation and salute on his departure?

Let's not forget Arpaio.

Trump says no one could have predicted coronavirus. But two administration officials said in 2019 that the threat of a pandemic kept them up at night.

Two top administration officials last year listed the threat of a pandemic as an issue that greatly worried them, undercutting President Donald Trump's repeated claims that the coronavirus pandemic was an unforeseen problem.

Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and Tim Morrison, then a special assistant to the President and senior director for weapons of mass destruction and biodefense on the National Security Council, made the comments at the BioDefense Summit in April 2019.

"Of course, the thing that people ask: 'What keeps you most up at night in the biodefense world?' Pandemic flu, of course. I think everyone in this room probably shares that concern," Azar said, before listing off efforts to mitigate the impact of flu outbreaks.

The Trump administration is facing scrutiny over its preparations for the coronavirus pandemic and its slow response to provide states and cities assistance in testing kits and personal protective equipment. The 2019 summit, hosted by the assistant secretary for preparedness and response in the Department of Health and Human Services to "discuss and solicit input on implementing the National Biodefense Strategy," offers insights into early awareness of the potential for a pandemic threat.

Transcripts of Azar's and Morrison's comments at the summit, which have not been previously reported on, are available on the HHS website.
President Donald Trump has repeatedly said no one predicted a pandemic crisis like the one caused by coronavirus.

"Nobody knew there'd be a pandemic or an epidemic of this proportion," Trump said March 19 in comments in the Rose Garden. "Nobody has ever seen anything like this before." The crisis is "an unforeseen problem" that "came out of nowhere," Trump said on March 6. "We're having to fix a problem that, four weeks ago, nobody ever thought would be a problem," he said on March 11. "It's something that nobody expected," he said again on March 14.

"Nobody would have ever thought a thing like this could have happened," he added on March 26th.
The White House defended the President's comments in a statement, saying he had shown a "great commitment" to global health security.

You could just as easily say:
"As opposed to past 'leadership' and Democrats, who don't mind losing lives as long as there's money involved."

I mean if we're being honest and all.

Sooooo..... you never knew it was a pandemic before everyone knew it was a pandemic ?

...it will just go away..... sorry, you said this when you already knew it was a pandemic ?

How this thing has not been dragged off the golf course and crucified on the White House lawn I will never know.

So what did Obama do, or the world for that matter, to prepare for a pandemic flu that doesn't exist yet?? If Obama had prepared then Trump would have inherited those preparations.

But that's just an aside, there are plenty of dangers in the world that we need to prepare for but you can't prepare for all of them, especially to the extent you need to.

It's stupid to say Trump never prepared because no one else did either. What happens when the next crisis unfolds and we aren't prepared for that either, "Oh look Trump is an idiot, he never prepared." Get real, you can't prepare for all potential dangers, it's just not possible.

But hey can always count on TysonRoux for troll fodder  Well done.

Sorry KenDoll, but this post is either:

A. Trolling, pure and simple
B. An indication of an undiagnosed head injury.

Obama set up a directorate for global health and security and bio-defense in the NSC in 2016. Ya boi Donnie's head of the NSC, John Bolton, effectively gutted it in 2018.

Donnie's team were also handed a pandemic playbook by the Obama admin... They ignored it.

This has been widely reported, as well as discussed here. There's video of Donnie defending the cuts saying, “I don’t like having thousands of people around when you don’t need them.”

"If Obama had prepared then Trump would have inherited those preparations."

Really?

A or B pal? Which is it?

Oh...

The Washington Times is effectively endorsing taking fish poison, they should be more responsible!! @lumeer
Media will never take responsibility for their fish tank cleaner stories, just like the woman will never admit thats where she got the idea. All trumps doing :whistling:

Obama Announces He Is No Longer Responsible For The Economy

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Pull your pants up man.

From his seaside mansion, former president Barack Obama announced today that he is formally passing ownership of the stock market and economy on to President Trump.

"All the gains were mine -- Trump didn't build that -- but this crash is all on Trump," Obama said as he admired the ocean, which will consume his home in fewer than twelve years. "My responsibility for the great economic gains in this country ended the moment the stocks started to tank this morning."

The former president said that he does reserve the right to reverse his stance and reclaim credit for any economic gains realized after the market turns around, whenever that may be.

"As soon as this thing stabilizes, I'll be there, claiming credit for things I didn't do."

Obama also assured panicked Americans that if they like their economy, they can keep their economy.

They're trying their hardest to m'uh both sides this but they're taking taking their cue from Emperor Cheeto:
I don’t take responsibility at all.

Weird how this is the same moron:

Ok, so I was wrong about Obama (good for him), still doesn't change the fact that most of the rest of the world wasn't prepared either to the extent that was needed.

Point being, the only thing that the article was meant achieve was a Trump bashing session. Just yet another anti-Trump troll who will write anything just to trash Trump, including the person who posted it here.
