Hmmm...I've been to Washington DC buildings and the security was hectic there. I guess it's due to the difference states (as always).
Yes, Michigan has open carry laws.

Interesting in 2012, the Republican governor banned protest signs inside the Capitol building, but still allowed open carry of weapons.

Today feels like a good day to post this picture, taken a while back, on a day when a different group of people shut down an interstate in Dayton.

There goes the Orange Dong's theory.

Coronavirus US live: intelligence report concludes Covid-19 was not 'manmade or genetically modified'

Trump claims he has seen evidence of Covid-19 originating in Wuhan lab.

When asked if he has seen anything that gives you a “high degree of confidence” that coronavirus originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, President Trump replied: “Yes, I have.” His own government experts say the virus was ‘not manmade or genetically modified’. US intelligence agencies have been under pressure to link coronavirus to Chinese labs.

Trump contradicts US intel community by claiming he's seen evidence coronavirus originated in Chinese lab

President Donald Trump contradicted a rare on-the-record statement from his own intelligence community by claiming Thursday that he has seen evidence that gives him a "high degree of confidence" the novel coronavirus originated in a laboratory in Wuhan, China, but declined to provide details to back up his assertion.

The comments undercut a public statement from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued just hours earlier which stated no such assessment has been made and continues to "rigorously examine" whether the outbreak "began through contact with infected animals or if it was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan."
"Yes, I have," Trump said when asked whether he's seen evidence that would suggest the virus originated in the lab.

Later, asked why he was confident in that assessment, Trump demurred.
"I can't tell you that. I'm not allowed to tell you that," he said.

There used to be a guy in my school who was a compulsive lier. One day we made up some details about a made up movie and asked if he'd seen it. Of course he said yes.

Then when we told him we made up the movie he replied with a straight face: "Yes but I saw the trailer"

Trump is that level of a lier. Pathetic.

That's exactly who he is. Unfortunately now there are millions of sycophants who will also slavishly agree that the movie is real.

Antifa did far worse than milkshakes and you know it.

You're right of course

Why you'd want to defend a bunch of far left balaclava loons is odd...

I'm just pointing out the total hypocrisy on show here. Why isn't the president denouncing these people who block hospitals and stalk Senate gatherings with loaded machine guns?

While Trump et al is busy gaslighting and distracting everyone from his failures, a reminder on Flynn.

 there is no mention of an intelligence report in that link whatsoever, complete click-bait bullshyte headline, the only relevant bit in the content is:
the office of the director of national intelligence has said the intelligence community does not believe coronavirus was manmade. In a statement, the Office of the DNI said: “The Intelligence Community also concurs with the wide scientific consensus that the Covid-19 virus was not manmade or genetically modified.”

that's not an "intelligence report", that's a statement by the director of intelligence on their beliefs

fahk their beliefs, show the evidence
