At least all those things are somewhat coherent on one topic (COVID-2019 and supplies) (and I use this in the loosest possible definition :laugh: ).

Biden seemingly jumps between topics.

What I'm trying to establish is that it is not in fact "fake news".

I even watched the entire clip and Biden is so incoherent I have no idea what he's actually trying to say because he mumbles some stuff and then this thought process goes deurmekaar.

But I do see that from both videos I watched, his clarification came after it was cut-off, not before, so my apologies.

A clip posted by White House social media director Dan Scavino appeared to show Biden telling a crowd: "We can only re-elect Donald Trump."

The footage was later retweeted by Trump and had been viewed nearly six million times by Monday.

But the video cropped the end of Biden's sentence - made during a recent campaign speech Missouri state - where he was discussing the need for party unity in the wake of a bruising primary contest.

"We can only re-elect Donald Trump if in fact we get engaged in this circular firing squad here," Biden had said.

Hes massively incoherent on multiple occasions, which is why i don't understand why someone felt the need to manipulate this clip.
 
Here's the video where Biden "mistook" his wife and sister for each other:


This is being cited as evidence of cognitive decline.

In fact, when you watch the video, it's clear that his wife, and sister, were standing behind him, outside his line of vision, and he began introducing his sister, without having seen her, apparently thinking that she was standing to his right, and as he turned around and saw that it was his wife instead, he immediately said so, and said that they'd switched on him.

So no, he did not mistake his wife for his sister, as is being claimed by mischievous detractors of his, who are citing this as evidence of supposed dementia.

C'mon dude, imagine one of use spoke to you guys in that manner. You would (correctly) crucify us. Why not hold Trump to the same standard?
 
Here's another video that is being offered as evidence of Biden's dementia:


He says "white kids" instead of, presumably, "rich kids". This is clearly a Freudian slip - a gaffe - and not evidence of cognitive decline.
