If you want to see the impeached Orangutanman totally lose it, tell him that his WALL construction funds will be used for COVID assistance.

BTW, once Mexico has paid for the WALL, will they own it?

It's 2020 and we're still going on about the wall?

Last week Rand Paul held up the Covid aid package in the Senate, and then voted against it.

Today...

Ba dum tss!
A story in two parts.

Very liberal thinking indeed. Imagine the absolute racist you have to be to assume that illegal immigrants should be treated equally under the law.

Completely unsurprised that you would uncritically re-post a blatant and obvious lie about what the liberal justices held.

Also completely unsurprised that a website called "conservative brief" would lie about it.

The actual ruling (and dissenting opinion, page 28) is available here:

Peter Alexander, who's colleague Larry Edgeworth died from Covid today, asked Donnie the softest of lay-up questions he'll ever get - unless Chanel Rion from OANN is there and they've coordinated again - and Donnie's insecurity, smallness and pettiness rendered him incapable of taking the opportunity to just comfort Americans who are afraid of what's happening right now.

He said those things, didn't he? Deceptively edited?

I remember a deceptively edited Biden video that you were all in support of. You came up with all sorts of stories.

Quit moaning. Your people started this. And you were in full support of it

The 'deceptively edited' bit is total garbage, as is the 'hopeful about a new drug' part.

The problem is Alexander had the temerity to notice that Trump was lying and being corrected in real time by the people around him who aren't know-nothing dimwits. Totally unreasonable. The only 'fair' media to them is licking Trump's taint.

Bill Barr's wet dream.

The Justice Department has quietly asked Congress for the ability to ask chief judges to detain people indefinitely without trial during emergencies — part of a push for new powers that comes as the novel coronavirus spreads throughout the United States.

And have you read it?
I agree with the majority that nothing in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), 100 Stat. 3359, expressly preempts Kansas’ criminal laws as they were applied in the prosecutions at issue here. But I do not agree with the majority’s conclusion about implied preemption.

That is weaseling at its very best.

And have you read it?

That is weaseling at its very best.

Did you?

That is to say, the Act reserves to the Federal Government—and thus takes from the States—the power to prosecute people for misrepresenting material information in an effort to convince their employer that they are authorized to work in this country.

That is not remotely saying "illegals who commit these crimes should [not] face criminal charges".

Lol didn't you just post a pic of someone clutching their pearls?
For those who are too deep into the quagmire of sycophantic support for Donald Trump, it is all they have left. Strawman criticism of the GOP or Trump's abject failures to address the pandemic and to criticise his efforts to downplay this pandemic as "taking joy" from the matter.

I take no joy in saying "I told you so".

What failures?

I was impressed with Trump's performance during yesterday's White House briefing. He acted like the President of The United States of America ought to act. It was like watching a different person compared to his disastrous briefing earlier in the week. Why can't he always be like this?

He was calm, praised all who were involved from both sides of the aisle, including Governor Cuomo, said they'd work with Nancy Pelosi on the House bill that the Democrats are preparing, committed that undocumented immigrants would not be pursued when seeking testing and treatment, and passed the more specialised questions on to the relevant experts.

Who was this man, and what did they do with the other Trump?

The reality of the situation caught up.
