US Election 2020

Yet more whataboutism from the Biden crowd, it's becoming a habit now with ol' creepy Joe as your candidate now :D

None of them seem to have realised how serious this is.

In the 2020 Election, Trump supporters will vote Trump, and most of the people on the conservative side of politics will also vote Trump. Sure, some of them will probably hold their nose while they vote, but they'll vote Trump.

Biden's chance, if he ever had one, rested on being able to get progressives - those who would have voted for Sanders - to believe that he is different to Trump, that it is worth taking a chance on him. He needed a way to overcome their voter apathy.

But now this comes out - probably not the last one - and it shows that Biden is a man who abused his power just like all the other men. Inevitably, in the world of progressives, this will mean that they will see little difference between Biden and Trump, and thus won't bother voting for Biden. Worse, his handling of it would make progressives doubt that he meant what he said when he said "believe all women".

If you don't think it would make a difference, why vote?

On the other hand, we aren't likely to find any more dirt on Trump that we don't already know. The US economy, prior to coronavirus, was extremely robust.

Just to inform the imbicilic Trumptards, ........ I would like to see this fully investigated.

Reade has said that the complaint, if it’s found, would not include the sexual assault allegation that she came forward with in March

Reade has said that the complaint, if it’s found, would not include the sexual assault allegation that she came forward with in March. She told the Associated Press in an interview Friday: “the main word I used — and I know I didn’t use sexual harassment — I used ‘uncomfortable.’ And I remember ‘retaliation.’”

Tara Reade, the former Senate staffer who alleges Joe Biden sexually assaulted her 27 years ago, has said she filed a limited report with a congressional personnel office that did not explicitly accuse him of sexual assault or harassment.

“I remember talking about him wanting me to serve drinks because he liked my legs and thought I was pretty and it made me uncomfortable,” Reade said. “I know that I was too scared to write about the sexual assault.”

Reade said she described her issues with Biden, then a senator from Delaware, but “the main word I used – and I know I didn’t use sexual harassment – I used ‘uncomfortable’. And I remember ‘retaliation’.”

Reade described the report after the AP discovered transcripts and notes from interviews with Reade last year in which she said she “chickened out” after going to the Senate personnel office.

The AP interviewed Reade in 2019 after she accused Biden of uncomfortable and inappropriate touching. She did not raise allegations of sexual assault against Biden until this year, around the time he became the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

The existence of the Senate report has become a key element of the accusations against Biden, which he has flatly denied. Reade says she doesn’t have a copy of the report, and Biden said on Friday he was not aware any complaint against him existed. He asked the Senate and the National Archives to locate a complaint from Reade.

Reade is suggesting that even if the report surfaces, it would not corroborate her assault allegations because she chose not to detail them at the time.

Trump's whores are certainly better looking, ......of course he has more cash.

That's a pretty messed up thing to say. You trailer park trash and your mother a tik addict or what? Or you just got no class?

Trump can't resist the role of flamethrower, even in sobering times

Trump gambled that the smart political play was to back the fiery few at Michigan's state Capitol protesting stay-at-home orders. But these are very different times.

At a time when large majorities of Americans support the stay-at-home orders that their governors have issued to keep them safe, President Donald Trump once again stepped into the role of rabble-rouser on Friday by siding with the small group of agitators who turned up at Michigan's state Capitol the previous day to protest Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's stringent stay-at-home order.

Though a mere 400 to 700 people joined the protest -- some of them armed -- in a critical swing state of nearly 10 million people, Trump once again gambled that the smart political play was to back the fiery few rather than worrying about how he might alienate the many middle-of-the-road voters in the Great Lakes State who remain concerned about the coronavirus' ravages of their state.

I agree with this. The sooner the dems come to terms with this issue the better. My take from the start has always been that the idea of believing women no matter what is absurd and an impossible standard to meet. It was only a matter of time before this happened. But the dems set the standard, they have to live by it.

The Orange Dotard still not getting his way with the judiciary.

Executive branch can’t withhold fund legislative branch approved, Chicago federal appeals court rules

A sharply worded ruling by a federal appeals court in Chicago on Thursday said the Trump administration policy of threatening to withhold grant money from so-called sanctuary cities to force them to comply with its more stringent immigration policies violates separation-of-powers provisions enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals also said a freeze of that policy should extend nationwide, rejecting arguments by U.S. Department of Justice lawyers that if an injunction were OKed in the case it should only apply to the city of Chicago.

Broad executive-branch powers on immigration matters don’t include withholding money allocated by the legislative branch to pressure cities and states to comply with an executive-branch policy, said Judge Ilana Rovner, who authored the 95-page ruling.

“Such a concentration of power,” she said, “would allow tyranny to flourish, and our system of government is wisely set up by the Founders to foreclose such a danger.”

She added: “The separation of powers is a foundation of our government, not a formality to be swept aside on the path to achieving goals that the executive branch deems worthy. … The (grant) conditions imposed here are an executive usurpation of the power of the purse.”

One of the three judges on the panel, Daniel Manion, concurred with the bulk of the ruling. But he said in a separate opinion that he disagreed with approval of a nationwide injunction, saying that “broad, sweeping relief of such nature is rarely appropriate.”

Trumperts should be speaking up in defence of Biden, while democrats should be calling for his head.

Trump's whores are certainly better looking, ......of course he has more cash.

Hahahahaha Tyson so desperate for pro Biden news that he posts anything that even looks remotely like it, not realising that it makes Biden look even worse.

This bit: "I know that I was too scared to write about the sexual assault."

That is how many women feel after they been sexually assaulted Tyson. Doesn't make her case less true. Not that you care though even in the slightest.

OrangeManBad, BidenGood, there feel better now...
