the video shows the republican senator claiming (based on his opinion) that the paper ballot can be rigged more than the "clunky machines" of which it was argued from the lady that "according to an MIT study it was harder to forge the paper ballot than it was on the machines because paper ballots have a paper trail of which you do not get with the machines.

Of which the senator concluded that he agrees there should be a paper trail somewhere but not to vote on

Also if he had actual evidence of the voter fraud due to paper ballots back in 2004, do you not think they would have either stopped it or improved it 16 years later?
