Conservatives like to say they're enjoying Trump making liberals "crazy" but this is really what they're in it for.

In reality, the law pretends to make things equal, as in partners are not granted visas regardless of sexual orientation of the relationship, but it will discriminate against diplomats from countries where gay marriage is not legal.

In essence, instead of being leader in human rights, they're regressing to placate Pence and his ilk.

Not sure why though, they're already okay with a scumbag who isn't interested in any Christian values being in charge.

Totally the same thing, 6 (now 7) FBI investigations running for months and concluding absolutely nothing vs a 36 hour once off look with the conclusion that Hillary was indeed negligent (grossly so in the first draft of the response, which is a crime) with classified information, but no prosecution is recommended.

One case with zero evidence, another with actual evidence just no prosecution. The mirror image of each other really ...

Kavanaugh is a trainwreck. So many people have come out to testify against his sworn statements that it's impossible to deny that he lied under oath, many times. The guy tried to convince the US Senate that boofing referred to farting, devil's triangle was a drinking game, and 'Ralphing' at 'Beach Week' was due to Indian food. He was belligerently obnoxious when questioned about his past drinking. He screamed about Democratic conspiracies. Any one of those things should have instantly disqualified him from even being considered for a Supreme Court bench. Frankly given the amount he's demonstrably lied, disbarment should be on the table.

If the GOP had the slightest sense, they would have cut him loose as soon as the allegations began. Instead they've chosen to make an obscenely obstructionist stand to push him through at all costs. It's not like there are no other Republican judges who would make perfectly acceptable Supreme Court nominees.

Amazing that the world has now reached a point where good people, can be accused of sexual assault and the likes 38 years down the line with not a shred of evidence and all of a sudden they are guilty. Whether he is guilty or not, this will tarnish his reputation for the end of days. And for what? Political agendas...

Did they ever investigate these matters - i.e. his college drinking and his sexual assault allegations? If not it doesn't matter how many irrelevant prior investigations he had.
