You should tell that to the New York Times.

Sarah Jeong's tweets were prior to joining NYT, and unrelated to the magazine. The only reason they got dredged up and used as leverage against her was because of right-wing 4Chan mobs. Mary Bono was tweeting in her capacity as President of the company.

Woman forced to resign from her post after that tweet.

She like the footballers decided to use their free speech to protest against what they thought was unjust, they both paid for it professionally.

Just like Quinn Norton's tweets, yet she was fired?

Intolerance and hypocrisy everywhere.

It's odd how the Alt Right and far Left are almost becoming almost indistinguishable.

You only noticed that now?
As if your biased anti American, Anti Republican and Anti Trump spamming of this thread are not trolling, then lets not even mention your rhetorical knee jerks.

Remember?

If Margaret Atwood had written you, you’d have been an Aunt.

Totally love how you went with the tweet alone and totally failed to mention Bono’s Faegre Baker Daniels connection and how they defended Nassar and helped cover up his crimes... You know, not the “alleged” abuse you like to cite, the actual, convicted and sentenced to 60 years abuse.

But sure, let’s spend five pages discussing her Nike tweet...

Well, that certainly looks terrible. She should have never been appointed in the first place if they were serious about showing they wanted to reform the organisation. Seems justice has been somewhat served through a social media mob, even though it was for the wrong reasons.

Now you're getting it...

Yes, she should never have been appointed. USAG knew that full-well, and have since 2015... The FBD thing was breaking and she wouldn't have made a month in the position. The Nike tweed just sped up the process is'all.

Mitch McConnell on cutting entitlement programs (e.g. Medicare, Social Security, Medicaid):

I think it’s pretty safe to say that entitlement changes, which is the real driver of the debt by any objective standard, may well be difficult if not impossible to achieve when you have unified government

I guess you gotta have someone to blame if you want to take away those beloved 'entitlements'.
