Ever since Kavanaugh's confirmation there's been a distinct turn in this thread imo.

I agree. But then one also needs to look at the type of news being published these days. The Kavanaugh thing was great and there was room for discussion. These days, news seems to be slow on Trump and his administration so nothing really to discuss.
