Special counsel Robert Mueller's interest in Jared Kushner has expanded beyond his contacts with Russia and now includes his efforts to secure financing for his company from foreign investors during the presidential transition, according to people familiar with the inquiry.
This is the first indication that Mueller is exploring Kushner's discussions with potential non-Russian foreign investors, including in China.
US officials briefed on the probe had told CNN in May that points of focus related to Kushner, the White House senior adviser and son-in-law of President Donald Trump, included the Trump campaign's 2016 data analytics operation, his relationship with former national security adviser Michael Flynn, and Kushner's own contacts with Russians.
Mueller's investigators have been asking questions, including during interviews in January and February, about Kushner's conversations during the transition to shore up financing for 666 Fifth Avenue, a Kushner Companies-backed New York City office building reeling from financial troubles, according to people familiar with the special counsel investigation.
so the fbi accuse russia of something and because its the fbi, it must be true. would they grant their counterpart the same courtesy if it were in reverse?
the "kgb"" accuses america of something and because its the "kgb" it must be true..
just show the proof to russia as they ask. whats the holdup.
would not be surprised if it turns out an american person hired services from a russian company in the end..
Trump slays Trump on twitter again
Trump: I Never Said Russia Did Not Meddle In Our Election. Reality: Your Pants Are On Fire
As if the Trump/Russia collusion narrative isn't tinfoil hattery of the highest order at this point.FTFY
Note that the hyped Russian hacking of Hillary’s emails that we have heard about every day is nowhere to be found in Mueller’s charges.*In its place there is “use of social media to sow discord.” I mean, really! Even if the charge were correct, considering the massive discord present in the last presidential election, with the Democrats calling Trump voters racist, sexist, homophobic white trash deplorables, how much discord could a measly 13 Russians add via social media?
What makes you think that? I think it is just proceeding on multiple frontshttps://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018...ts-sums-result-muellers-investigation-nothing
So is the Russian conspiracy finally dead?
@Xarog seem QAnnon got some things wrong. Meuller isn't one of the good guys.
I think the you're just moving the goal posts, which is fine by the way, it will move so far back that it becomes irrelevant to everyone just like it already is to me.What makes you think that? I think it is just proceeding on multiple fronts
Manafort and Gates?
You are the one that has moved the goalposts. Collusion between the Trump team and a foreign power.I think the you're just moving the goal posts, which is fine by the way, it will move so far back that it becomes irrelevant to everyone just like it already is to me.
Eh? My suspicion has been that Mueller was in on Uranium One and he's trying to stay out of jail by pinning something on Trump lest Trump do something to blow the whistle. I don't know of anything that Qanon has said that would lead one to conclude that Mueller is one of the good guys. Qanon has said to trust Wray and Sessions.@Xarog seem QAnnon got some things wrong. Wikipedia said:Horowitz announced in January 2017 that the Inspector General's office would examine evidence related to "allegations of misconduct" regarding FBI Director James B. Comey's handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email practices and whether Justice Department employees leaked information improperly during the run up to the 2016 United States presidential election.[3]
I don't have any goal post to move. I have called this thing a tinfoil conspiracy from the start and that's still were I stand. You are the one that has moved the goalposts. Collusion between the Trump team and a foreign power.
Were Gates, Manafort and Flynn not part of the Trump team? Or are they as irrelevant as Poppdopolous
Okay then I got that wrong. I thought that QAnnon suggested that Meuller was somehow one of the good guys that will turn this entire thing around.Eh? Did you know that Sessions has gained a nickname for himself over the years? 'Jeff "the stealth executioner" Sessions' has quite a ring to it, huh?
You see, the Uranium One deal is where the real Russian collusion happened. Obama is complicit. Manafort's dodgy financial dealings are linked to Tony Podesta, not Trump. And it turns out that there's nothing in the facts of the Flynn case to make any charges stick, and worse for the Dems, reports are coming in that McCabe did some dodgy paperwork on the case files to create the accusation that Flynn lied and destroyed the evidence. And the new judge in charge of the case has just demanded that Mueller hand over *everything* that could be exculpatory, and he has a reputation for ripping the authorities a new one when they perpetrate prosecutorial misconduct.

The investigator you should be watching is IG Horowitz, not Mueller.
Well, if you're playing 4D chess then lulling your opponents into a false sense of security is a good strategy if you can pull it off. If the whole collusion with Russia narrative was actually set up by white hats within the intelligence community to trick the black hats into running with the story thinking there's something there, then it would make absolute sense to put deep state Mueller and Rosenstein into the driving seat of a wild goose chase, letting them build up the media momentum you need to flip the whole game on them in a dramatic way (i.e. the necessary narrative to justify military tribunals).Okay then I got that wrong. I thought that QAnnon suggested that Meuller was somehow one of the good guys that will turn this entire thing around.
I'm happy that's not the case, I said he sould also go, long ago.
And? It's so over since when exactly?I don't have any goal post to move. I have called this thing a tinfoil conspiracy from the start and that's still were I stand.
Let him roll over on Manafort. Manafort was in bed with the Podesta family, not Trump. And? It's so over since when exactly?
Just because you don't agree with Mueller doesn't make it over. Gates seems ready to roll over on Manafort.
And your definition of good guys seems to be entirely dependent on him not actually taking his job seriously
Sure, since 2014 he was under investigation. He didn't work for the Trump campaign at all, of course...that was fake newsLet him roll over on Manafort. Manafort was in bed with the Podesta family, not Trump.![]()
