Like I said, you don't have to wait longer. But I'm pretty confident it will have the correct results given time. Quoting dated attempts is just that... dated.

It's already not working, that's the point of this whole debate. Just have patience guys. But when Trump's been in office for a few months and starts bragging about the Dow Jones, you'd better give him credit.

You don't know what you're talking about. If you can substantiate any of the claims you're making, you're welcome to. But as per usual, you'll barge into the thread, make wild proclamations, then fail to back it up with any substance.

Yet i just showed you why we arent jumping the gun, this exact economic method has been tried since the late 1800s and it hasnt worked but you still want to tell us to wait a bit longer.
BS we've build the entire developed world since the 1800's everything you see today. The lowest levels of poverty and famine ever, but it didn't work? Show me your feudal system that do work.

YAWN ... Go troll somewhere else with your strawmen.

Haha I remember Pitbull and co crowing about the DOW being a Trump success :D

Trickle down will work this time, promise!

You guys are just expecting the trickle to be more than ... a trickle.

Let's wait another 200 years and you'll see! That trickle could fill a lake.

Not do you.

Nit picking parts of Trump administration so the leftists can feel better about losing the Election. It's really sad.

Again, what you think and don't think about the US makes no difference to me, Trump or the American people. But trying to say Tax cuts should have had a massive affect on workers only a couple of months after implementation is nothing short of reaching. Then backing it up with previous attempts failing /facepalm.

I'll let you guys keep the circle jerk alive. I came here showing how naïve it is to call it a failure (even though it isn't) and then going and saying, but it's not what they promised... Ok.

Nitpicking? In the last week alone Trump made 103 false claims. There is a serious problem here that Trumpists don't seem to acknowledge or care about, when Trump can claim something without any concern whether his followers will do even the most remedial work to fact check his statements.

I never said that; nobody said anything like that.

Every previous attempt at trickle-down economics has failed; that's why it's a bunk theory. You're running a serious case of gambler's fallacy if you think this time will turn out any differently.

So he couldn't name one, and neither can you. Okay.

And ICE should be abolished.

It would be amusing, if it wasn't so horrible, how one of the government agencies that act the most like the right wing "tyrannical government" trope gets a free pass because the people they target are a certain... demographic. ;)
Sounds terribly racist. Which demographic are you referring to that disproportionately breaks immigration laws and thus lead to disproportionate actions by these terrible ICE agents.?

So you agree, ICE act disproportionately. Good for you. You're evolving.

Oh the humanity. And which demographic disproportionately breaks immigration laws? Come on, evolve a little lol.

Kansas did the exact same thing literally a few years ago, and only last year finally ended their idiotic idea.

And it was a dismal failure, as expected.

Trickle-down economics is a nightmare. Kansas proved it.

The Republican gospel of cutting taxes and government services to the bone doesn’t lead to economic growth; it leads to crisis and decline.

For five years, Kansas’s Republican governor, Sam Brownback, conducted the nation’s most radical exercise in trickle-down economics — a “real-live experiment,” he called it.

He and the GOP-controlled legislature slashed the state’s already-low tax rates, eliminated state income tax for most owner-operated businesses and sharply reduced vital government services. These measures were supposed to deliver “a shot of adrenaline into the heart of the Kansas economy,” Brownback said.

It ended up being a shot of poison. Growth rates lagged behind those in neighboring states and the nation as a whole. Deficits mounted to unsustainable levels. Services withered. Brownback had set in motion a vicious cycle, not a virtuous one.

Last week, finally, the legislature — still controlled by Republicans — overrode Brownback’s veto of legislation restoring taxation to sane levels. The nightmare experiment is coming to an end.

*This* is the hill for Democrats to die on. This.

They're ****ed. Even if Flake goes against the Republicans, McConnell will weasel out a rule to take them to majority.

And if RBG and Bayer go down any time soon, that's it.
