No evidence? Do you never follow the news or just selectively forget after the fact?

Let me remind you both of 24 rapes committed by migrants on a single night in Germany:

"minority" ... lol
NBFTW, the onus is on you to support your claims WHEN YOU MAKE THEM.

Not days later.

And maybe, you'd like to substantiate your claims by comparing the rate of rape per capita by migrants vs natural born German citizens.

I'm not denigrating your claim that 24 women reported a rape on 1 Jan, by an (alleged) immigrant; I don't have the statistics to dispute that.

But the onus is on you to show that these rapes were an aberration in "normal" German NYE partying. Show that migrants are more likely to rape. Show the numbers. Show that migrants are more likely to rape than any random German.

I didn't make any claims, I used a label. Big difference, nonetheless I've now given you ample evidence. Feel free to continue to ignore it and pretend the migrants in Europe all have good intentions.

fyi even the EU stopped calling them refugees because they do not fit the definition, the vast majority are not running from fear for their lives, that's another fact. They are called "migrants" because they're merely looking for a better life, you know, something all immigrants typically do but they would have to comply with immigration law and the EU would rather bend their own rules for the sake of virtue signalling.

Some things are just comman knowledge that a semi intelligent person participating in these sort of discussions should know.

Sure. We all know that all immigrants are rapists. However did I forget that?

@MichaelAvenatti

Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation.

@MichaelAvenatt

Here is a picture of my client Julie Swetnick. She is courageous, brave and honest. We ask that her privacy and that of her family be respected.

Forgetting isn't your problem, it seems you have a bigger problem with intellectual dishonesty or just plain old dishonesty by throwing the word "all" in there.

a sworn declaration
Is this a US legal thing? Because for it to be "sworn" it needs to be an affidavit. Declarations doesn't really carry the same weight and would be the wrong terminology by us.

*A sworn declaration (also called a sworn statement or a statement under penalty of perjury) is a document that recites facts pertinent to a legal proceeding. It is very similar to an affidavit, but unlike an affidavit, it is not witnessed and sealed by an official such as a notary public*

Rietrot, my dear fellow, seeing as "intellectual dishonesty" is your specific area of expertise, yes. You are correct.

I used the word "all"

Next time I will follow your lead and avoid sweeping generalisations and blanket accusations; just as you do.

That's kinda weak. Atleast if you are going to falsely accuse someone of rape make an affidavit so that you can be tried for perjury when it turns out you are lying.

Look at it again. She can be jailed for perjury. So can Kavanaugh.

Just read through the statement again. She is accusing Kavanaugh of being present when this happened. She is not outright accusing him of raping her.

What part of “under penalty of perjury” don’t you understand?

EDIT: I think we're past the "boys will be boys" interlude, and we're on to the drugging and gang rape portion of the programme now.

Why do girls still go to these parties after they witnessed whats going on? Truly baffled.
Is there proof that these gangrape incidents were investigated. With so many present surely it should be easy to find cases and dossiers of the investigations.
FBI should then be involved in investigation and even if Kavenaugh is elected as judge he can be recalled afterwards surely?

If the GOP push through on this, I'd tell you to get to a bookie now while the odds on Kavanaugh being impeached and convicted by Congress are still good... If the Dems take Congress in November, you'll get no odds at all on that bet.

Yeah, date rape is not boys being boys. Time to turn serious and put politics away. She also needs to name who raped her, and not just the bystanders.

Look at what is happening here:

What evidence has you fooled into this assumption?

The fact that yet another false accuser mentions a three year date range that overlaps with one year of Kavanaugh's diary AFTER the diary became public knowledge?

Yeah, no way she could make that up armed with the info from his diary beforehand ... no way ...
