There is a level of indoctrination I'll never understand. Argued with a "crazy" before who repeatedly promoted the use of violence. I told him if he attacks me I'll shoot him, he proceeded calling for me to get banned from a telegram group and couldn't believe that I'm so evil.

There's something wrong in these peoples heads.

The only help I can suggest is for them to go camping or something away from mass media. Socialise with real people from different cultures and walks of life. And get a difficult hobby where failures are common and effort is required to make it work.
