I think most of the government are complete idiots, and yet I still can't find an explanation for everything I have seen thus far which is more plausible than a conspiracy theory.

It appears that you somehow think even less of those who are at the top and in command, and have no faith in their ability to make calculated decisions.

Look, if my house was invaded and I had unlimited funds I'd turn it into Fort Knox the very next day (or just move somewhere else and turn that into Fort Knox).

Outside of everything else, I cannot comprehend how thinking individuals cannot but be horrified by what a horrible POTUS and person Donald Trump is - the man has literally zero redeeming qualities and is an abject leader by every modern standard.

Hell, even Putin has the 'hard man' thing going for him (zero degree dips and bare chested horse riding) unlike lard ass Donnie who cheats at golf. Trump has turned the US into the laughing stock of the non-free world.

It's bleedin obvious if you look beyond the superficial.

Why was Obama considered a magnificent leaders? His optics were perfect, he was eloquent, politically he was basically shoved into the position..... that's it. As an actual leader he was half an utter disaster in many ways, but apparently he set some kind of mythical standard that no one can actually live up to.... it was all completely superficial.

Trump had one thing and only one thing going for him, he was not part of the entrenched establishment that believe themselves to be inherently superior to half the country...... there were at the time literally no good alternatives to him.

He promised reform, he attempted reform, the establishment effectively blocked him at every turn resulting in almost all his promises to be utterly impossible. He managed to mediate historically significant treaties and give China a well deserved bloody nose, Biden on the other hand is set to brown-nose China to make up for it and these treaties are going to fall apart because no one of actual importance outside of the US actually trusts the democrats.

Trumps personality and optics have nothing to do with why people voted for him..... the chance at sanity he represented was the reason.

I've seen first hand that those brainwashed by MSM can find their way back to reality and reach a point where you're able to accept so many hard truths, but I've also seen how much work that takes and how long the road is. I'm curious. If you set aside all the negative things you have been led to believe, and just look at the accomplishments of his administration... Do you actually believe that you could compile a more impressive list of accomplishments for any 4 years of a past administration?

For simplicity, you can just count anything accomplished during the administration, so we don't need to nitpick about how much credit the POTUS alone deserves for any given thing.
