A community response department of medical and mental health professionals and social workers would respond to medical or mental health incidents. An unarmed civilian traffic enforcement department would enforce non-moving traffic violations. A department of community safety and violence prevention would collaborate with all departments on public health and safety efforts. A new department would also oversee the police and fire department and a civilian oversight committee.

Watched a video yesterday of a black women saying to a audience of white women that:
- you will always be racist, white people cannot change, you will always be racist.
- white people are demons, she literally said white people are demons.

Anyway my point is that no one got up or objected, the white idiots just sat there and took it like some liberal empty vessels. They have no sense of self anymore and no backbone. Clearly they have been brainwashed by the liberal media and just sit back and say nothing when being told that they are demons. Astounding!!!

I won't post the video because the guy doing the commentary uses some swear words, I guess I can understand why.

“As the community continues to hold space, it is imperative that decision-makers consider the economic toll that has been paid,” read the collective’s press release. “These once prospering Black businesses have seen great revenue loss, over 75% loss to date.

“To date, there has been no financial reprieve from the City of Minneapolis or the local business association. These businesses feel they have been the sacrificial lamb of the movement and while everyone agrees that whole justice for George Perry Floyd Jr. is the ultimate goal, it should not come at the cost of losing one’s livelihood especially for these Black families.

Goes back to tribalism. As a species, we're comfortable in smaller tribes of our own people. Something like 150 members, completely self-sufficient and content. Everyone knows everyone else. As soon as that number goes up, and settlement sizes increase, so do tensions. And that's with our OWN people.

Fast forward a few millenia, and that small tribe has gone from a couple of hundred living in a village to several million living in a city. Except now we don't even know each other. The house you live in is literally surrounded by complete strangers. I don't think we fully realise the psychological impact of that.
