Stop being the MSNBC "reporter", and listen to the FCC guy. As usual there are a heap of "experts" on the subject that have no clue what they are talking about.

Scrapping net neutrality is a good thing. If the big corporates want it in place, that should already have set off warning bells.

Rather educate yourself first on what all these terms mean and what the impact is before you start foaming at the mouth with anger.

And yes, everyone hates Verizon and the other big companies due to their customer exploitation. Yet now that they want to support this it makes them the good guy? Lol.

I couldn't give two hoots what Verizon, Comcast, AT&T or anyone else thinks about so-called Net Neutrality regulations. In any case, Big Business is notorious for loving restriction, control and regulation, because it raises barriers to entry.

What matters is whether we use the State to regulate and control the internet. Or not.

The majority here seem to want a NannyGov that calls the shots. I don't.

We need an open and level playing field, and there's still a long way to go. The next move is unshackle telecommunications from state and local government control, which is yet another mechanism the Big Corporations use to shut out competition.

This is but one small battle in the Fight to Dismantle the Administrative State.

Question is whether the State can restrict Big Busness from controlling and screwing up the Internet. That kind of regulation is welcome. By example threating internet providers as "Utility providers" (like phone companies) is an essential things.
