I wonder if the usage tracker is going to be released today.

Or this year for that matter.
 
I have faith it will work.

How well is another story.

Phase 1 Usage Tracker

Ok, i know this is the post that everyone's been waiting for so here goes the latest as of today:


Phase 1:
A usage tracker notification tool that notifies you via mail/sms what your current usage is at.

Outcome:
While corporate comms is busy with the signoff of the statement, the phase is unfortunately going to be delayed

Reasons:
1. The tool itself is working fine with notifications being sent and according to stipulated times
2. However - due to billing complications, the actual usage information itself is very inaccurate
3. We are investigating why the complications with the communication between the 2 systems of billing and UT are not corresponding

So, we don't want to release this and its not going to portray the right information that you so desperately require.

Sorry MyBB users- but i'm here and AM keeping you posted on the developments.

Pity its delayed.. so what are we looking at, another week or two, another month or two or another year?

I know you dont want to promise anything but can you give us a your guess or something?

So what were we being billed on , wrong or right usage information ??
 
This is so Neotel!!! Come on.....I do not understand how they can bill people from information from whatever non existent usage tracker system but they can't make these stats available via some sort of system...

It is ridiculous....

usuage? try usage! The right spelling would help. And use .com and not .co.za:
