USB Headsets for Skype

The Logitech ClearChat Comfort USB Headsets are R450.00 at Makro, but I got them for R339 at Matrix. Very nice Headsets. Not just for VOIP, but for Gaming as well.

I see you can find them for around R300.00 at some online stores...

I prefer integrating skype into the POTS with something like the uConnect . . . not so good for gaming though

I did try the POTS integration. I think it was a DLink product. Did not work because of poor driver support. I have grown used to the generic USB headsets, but I wanted to get something I could also use for other purposes on my computer... gaming and listening to music, movies, etc. The sound quality on this is great! And because it is USB, I can manage it from the Control Panel Sound applet and don't have to fiddle with those little rca jacks.
