Exactly - low cost and accurate? That's a first. Perfect for self monitoring - no need to go off to the clinic to make sure you're on track. I don't see this necessarily as a first time diagnosis device but more an ongoing maintenance device. Low cost is relative. Maybe in the first world, but probably not in rural Africa. Perhaps I'm wrong? It would be great if it can be used for early diagnosis, especially infants.
