Useful N80 information

Does anyone know how to add shortcuts to the 'Go To' menu. There doesn't seem to be an option for it??????
 
N80 Contacts list

Please help - tried to upgrade N80 software (via nashua mobile); but they haven't solved the problem. My phone doesn't register/recognise numbers in my contacts list. Have tried saving them in different formats, 082... and +2782... but fruitless. So now I get phone calls from numbers in my phone list (both on sim and phone memory) and the number, not the person's name, comes up...Pretty pointless having a contacts list then hey? Any advice?
 
@ Cle: Try taking a person's number out of one of the lists (either sim or phone). Remember, the number comes in during the call, the phone pics up 2 names for said number, and doesn't know which name to report, so it reports the number. Will also happen if you have someone's number (home number for instance) linked to Susan Vega and her hubby Jack Vega
 
Landy, tried that - still doesnt work. Completely cleared my sim memory and visa versa - still not picking it up. Strange thing is, its completely random numbers, some pick up some don't.
 
Same thing with mine, I have to delete the contact who doesn't show up and re-enter their details again.
