Useless telkom?

Hi Guys,

As much as Telkom provides the best deals they are just useless, you wait on a call with the call centre for over an hour? is there anyone from telkom i can contact to assist me with moving accross my landline (as i am moving) and moving my signal booster. I have been trying to get hold of telkom since monday without any luck!? please can anyone assist

I've used that chat service before and the lady was actually quite helpful.

Yes, I also found that chat works very well.
My ADSL was off for several days and had no joy trying to get it up, until someone pointed me to this chat.
3 hours later a techy rocked up at my house and fixed the problem.
