Yeah with all the specials on steam lately it just chows the bandwidth.

Now I have:

ISP: 30GB IS local only from Axxess + 10GB local only from OpenWeb (for my international access) + 1GB free Afrihost + 1GB WebAfrica local only prepaid
Usage: 23GB used so far this month
