Using VOIP Phone with ViciDial

We have Asterisk and Vicidial setup for our marketers and everything is working fine.
We use zoiper as the dialer and to make internal calls but when we try to make an external call we get "error 404- Not Found no route to destination" but we can call from vicidial.

We would also like to use physical voip phones for the manager.

How can I archive this?

That means there isn't a dial plan match for the number you are dialling, depending on what is in your carrier dial plan.
You probably need to change the phone config in Vicidial admin page, option: "phone context" = defaultlog - should allow the phone through the carrier and log it.
