Oh, we just rediscovered a group I started last year that we can use to schedule matches.

I started it for the very purpose of scheduling matches for older games, but then my PC broke shortly after and I completely forgot about the group. I've promoted someone to admin on the page so he'll be scheduling most of the games, but you're more than welcome to schedule games yourselves as well.

Getting UT2k4 soon, hopefully it plays alright on a 3g connection (afrihost). Anyone playing like that? Really keen to have a game here and there...will need to get another keyboard else I'm gonna bash my laptop to pieces...and a new mouse too .

Yes that's him. It should work fine, there are no DLC or expansion packs so any UT version should be fine.

Yeah, just make sure you have the Editor's Choice Edition content, otherwise you might be stuck downloading maps when we switch to certain maps.

Thanks. Was hoping to test it out before buying but it seems I'll have to get it anyways . I take it that download doesn't include the Editors Choice content? Does anyone know if theres's e an Editors Choice edition available at a good price somewhere?

Do you mean the GOG version? It is indeed Editor's choice and it's currently the cheapest version I know of.

Yep - the version in the link. Cool, thx - if that's the case I'll try get it over the weekend, it's so cheap anyways. I tried to test it out earlier cause it's pointless if my 3g can't handle it but I got kicked out the whole time .
