V3G testing

Hi Vodacom3G and others

Just a short message to inform you that the V3G testing account is now up and that we will start with formal testing soon (just waiting for MTN's testing equipment). We are using Dell 2.8 GHz PC’s for testing all the mobile services, so I had to use a PCMCIA adapter. The installation was painless and I was on the net within 10 minutes. The software however seems a bit buggy, but more feedback on that later… The reception is good so the results should be accurate.

Remember to park right next to a base station for good reception or else it may not work
