V4me Upgrade Page Never Works

Okay so like for the past few weeks Ive been going onto vodacom4me and checking out what phones i can get using the quote facility under the upgrades menu...

and literally every single time i get there is usually says server timed out call upgrade call center...or it will load and i will page through some phones and then halfway through it will time out and then tell me phone upgrade center...

for the love of all things that are holy in this world could plz plz fix the website so i can actually use it? its a marvelous feature when it works which is about 1% of the time!

so im busy browsing V4me and it seems to be working ive managed to make it to page 5 of my upgrade options! yay i couldnt before. As for student life...i have slept in two days because ive been building a model of my building i designed....joy! thanks for sorting the issue!
