Regardless - they are not letting any more out of the dam than they usually do, so they cannot be keeping the level low.Site picture from last week -

They don't pump anything into the system though...? Unless you mean the LHWP - which is running at normal outflow.Yes but perhaps they are not pumping as much into the system either. The current level may be optimal holding for evaporation, if they were worried we would be in deeper water restrictions. This would also allow them to charge more.
