Well you're paying about R50,000 extra for 50,000km less than 100,000km ones which go for around R170,000.

Good point, missed that. Facelifted ones would usually go for a fair bit more. In that case it does seem like a good deal, but why so cheap...

2008 pre facelift ones would be around R170,000 with 100,000km.

Get the VIN and run a trace on it, costs about R100 (and to be honest I forgot the procedure, but there's a local website). You can also send the VIN to your local Audi dealership and ask for a full service history printout (while the car was under plan).

Also as suggested in the past, use the Audi Club Forum, I would when it comes to Ses, RSes and the likes.
