Did not do any in-depth analysis but robustness is top notch, the brand has proven itself in SA on that front for almost 20 years.
WRT to parts availability I believe there is a big parts warehouse in JHB, bulk of their sales is from there. Pricing of said parts can't comment.

I wouldn't mind a GTR. It's one of those cars that gives you that child-like wonder. There aren't many that can give you that these days.

100%, a proper bespoke supercar not a tarted up hot hatch or a sports car etc.
The running costs will a pricey exercise though
