I've done 28GB, so far, this month. 100% legal. And I don't mean some-MyADSL-members-flawed-logic legal. I mean will-stand-up-in-court legal.

The legality\illegality of what you do with your bandwidth is a separate issue. The simple fact is people pay to have uncapped for many reasons. They pay, the whiners don't.
