Preorder on Steam before it becomes an Epic Store exclusive. Currently way under priced. R489 for Blood Moon Edition.

For that price i'll pre-order, that's way cheaper than expected. But maybe I'll wait a wee bit more until there's a bit of gameplay info available.
 
I'll wait for gameplay footage.

Not nearly enough info to even make me slightly consider a pre-order

Is there a special edition because Metro Exodus currently sells for R651 at CD Keys.com

And for every game that pays off there is a Star Citizen, No Man's Sky, Colonial Marines etc etc...

I got Metro Exodus Gold Edition on Steam for R469 in August 2018 (pre-order).

Fair enough, I think with Metro Exodus you couldn't go far wrong, there are a proven developer with two titles released in modern times. The original bloodlines came out 15 years ago, makes me a bit weary - not that I won't pre-order if they can show decent in game footage.
 
Problem with the cinematic trailer is that it seems like a remake rather than a true sequel.
Some of the locations (the harbour) looks exactly like the original.

Seems like it is once again Prince Lacroix and the Asian vampires as well. Can only assume the Sabbat will be the lead instigators again.

Better to wait on this one I feel.

Edit:
The burning building scene looks suspiciously like the haunted mansion mission.
Looks more and more like a remake
 
Seeing this game selling on GOG it must have a non-DRM version. It is on special at both Epic and Steam, but not at GOG. Silly, I would've bought the GOG version.
 
Either they (corps firing/letting go) didn't approve the direction, the lack of direction/delivery or wanted to pander. I'd place my bet on the last two:
1) We've got to please those who scream the loudest but doesn't actually support the product.
2) Two missed delivery dates.*

*Knowing development another question needs to be asked... Who made up the date(s)? If it was the developers, did they underestimate or got bogged down by other things or was it marketing dreaming up delivery dates without the due reality. I mean even if your plan is perfect without additional days, it takes one ****er to **** you over. haha.

I see more people are leaving the project.

Oh well, just requested a refund. See how this turns out going on previous round with doom de's dac saga vs the people and their refunds.
