LOL, I was going to roll a dorf Pala as well but I might just roll something else then.

A Shaman was my second thought but I am not fond of Dranei (Those odd facing kneecaps make me wince everytime I look at them ...)

That would be my Alt of choice later on. Seriously this server is awesome. So many friendly people and the obvious retards but they are few and wide appart. I like this server and being able to run through horde players is fun too. I actually forgot it's a PvE server and last night I saw a Horde player while standing at the Summon stone for BFD. I was running away and he kept on chasing me. After about 5 minutes I realized he can't attack me :D

I felt like a turd :p

Just roll a Pala, no harm in that ;) The more tanks the marrier
 
Trying to find a free Guild Website place for the time being. No need to create one if this all flops. Will get a hosted site later on.
 
The site is a bit slow but what can we do ? It's free so we'll be stuck with adverts :(

Once we get numbers and all is running I'll register and get a site hosted somewhere :)
So this will have to do for the time being :o

One a foot note. I'll be building my new PC withing the beginning of the new year. Once I have a registered website I'll get us going on Vent.

Ok seems that website allows a vent server. I just need to create one. I'll do that once I have my new PC running, not going to host it on my Machine I'm playing WoW on :p

Website is about R 50 a month excluding BW. And I might be able to twist Yug's arm to host Vent for us like he's doing for SRML and Thunder's guild.

Will have to chat with him.

What will the BW costs average out at? How much per meg / gig? That U/L and D/L? Really curious

Not 100% sure it varies. but you get inclusive BW of 2GB I think which is alot for a small guild forum. But I'll have to check also. I think TEXO does it. Let me go check quickly.
 
8GB data transfer + 1GB storage + 1 Domain = R 25.00 a month

16GB data + 2GB storage + 5 domains = R 45.00 a month

Not to bad
 
Best off all is TEXO has a rep here. So I can chat with the rep. Maybe they can host Vent for us also linked to the Website Domain. Not a bad deal then :)
 
Interesting idea Pitbull.

One question; you mention you'll be doing all the raid instances, does that mean everyone stops actively leveling at 60 to do the pre-tbc content. Then once it's all complete start leveling again for the 70 content etc?

Or will you just progress though all the instances regardless of everyone's level (even if we're all lvl 80's)

We want to start hitting the raids at level 60. As the raids at that level is not capped any more it makes it hard to get 40 people who will be level 60 at the same time. a few levels difference wouoldn't make that much of a difference any which way. Also players will be getting XP in these raids.

I want to run through all these raids from about level 60'ish. Even if we're level 68 and still working on AQ40 we will get through it. There is some logistics involved. Even if we all level to 80 and then run through all of them just to see these content and get the achievements.

That is a small problem we'll have to work around and decide upon as a guild.

I wish Blizzard would build a feature into the game letting people activate and deactivate a level cap at level 60 and 70 for people like us wanting to do all these raids now :(
