Probably not what I expected, but:

Vavi had slated Kunene's luxurious lifestyle at a conference in Boksburg on Wednesday, referring specifically to a "R700 000" birthday party Kunene held to celebrate his 40th birthday, during which sushi was served on the bodies of half-naked women.
Kunene said on Thursday in response to Vavi's comments that he would like to "correct your misapprehension that my party cost R700 000. It cost more".

He said Vavi should be ashamed of himself for aiming his attacks at "aspiring young people" who happen to be millionaires.

Who is this Kenny Kunene? He seems like a proper ****.
I struggle to understand how anyone can spend that kind of money on a birthday party, regardless of how wealthy they are, and not feel even slightly guilty.

LOL...he reached a milestone and is celebrating. Many people spend money on expensive cars to move from point A to B. lol

Kunene hang your head in shame. You are 'entitled' to your extravagant lifestyle but even you must know deep down that your behaviour simply isn't appropriate in a country battling to overcome the huge disparities between the minority of rich and the literally millions of people living in grinding poverty! No wonder South Africa has one of the biggest gaps in the world between the haves and the have-nots. No one can stop you turning your back on the cries of your fellow country people, but then don't ask us to admire you or be proud that you are South African.

The only problem is I wasn't invited.

I don't see anything wrong with Kunene's party? If I had R1 million rand, and just blew it on tinkies, who the hell has the right to judge my decision? I'm with Kunene on this one. Sure there's millions of Poor people, but it's his provocative to help them or not. Vavi can go f-himself, the hypocritical communistic bastard

I seriously cannot understand what happened, it can only be that somebody at the Post Office stole my invite.
And .. it looks like they got Vavi's invite as well.

As long as Kunene made is money honestly, ethically and not by a hand out, then he can do his money if wants to or spend it. It is a capitalist country and people can do with their money as they wish. However his behaviour indicates his lack of class.

Vavi and the labour unions can go to hell. They are all communists. People dont understand what will happen if we have communism here. Vavi thinks everyone will have Ferrari's and Porsche's, but everyone will be dirt poor and be slaves to literally a handful. However there would be a revolution as people will seek freedom. And so we start from scratch again.

Wow imagine all them tinkies!!

His money he can do with it as he wishes.. Assuming it wasn't acquired illegally? If it was then he better donate it to me :)

I agree... it is his prerogative ! :p
